Benguela Villa - Gansbaai

The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing oasis in the hot weather, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. It felt like diving into a crystal-clear lagoon.

We had a lovely stay at Benguela. The hosting was superb and the Chef's Table experience was exquisite. The art work and use of space in the hotel is eclectic and beautiful. The view from our room overlooking the pool and the mountains was stunning. The breakfast in bed was awesome and Jonathan took great care of us. The ocean is just a short walk away, perfect for whale watching. Excellent value for money.

Benguela Villa was an absolute delight. Jonathan, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. the decor and overall vibe of the establishment were refreshing and inspiring. We didn't have dinner at the Villa, but based on the breakfast, we will definitely try it on our next visit. the location was convenient, and we spent most of our day enjoying the pool and the stunning views of Walker Bay. A short drive brought us to the magical beach and caves in the Walker Bay Nature Reserve. Cons: Everything was spot on! ⭐️.

One minor drawback was the carpeted bathroom, as a tiled floor would have been more hygienic.
